ANINE BING offers returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. We strive to make your shopping experience seamless by providing a straightforward process for domestic and international returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
